At Bella Beauté Bar, we strive for perfection in every palette and pigment; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and have not been swatched or used to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original packing slip and ship them to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
